Multi-Dwelling Residential Connectivity
Project overview
We were approached by a property management agent overseeing four apartments in Marylebone, including a split-level flat located in an area with no foreseeable fibre rollout.
The challenge
The properties were reliant on slow, unreliable VDSL connectivity. An earlier contractor had proposed reusing legacy telephone cabling for data and power, which raised concerns around reliability and accountability.
Our approach
We reviewed the original proposal and recommended a fully structured solution with clear responsibility for performance. Given the location constraints, Starlink was identified as the most viable primary connection.
The solution
- Two Starlink connections installed on the roof
- Structured cabling throughout the building
- Centralised patch panel and management system
- Professionally designed Wi-Fi coverage in each apartment
The outcome
Installation was completed over two days. The apartments now benefit from dramatically improved speeds, stability, and coverage. The client reported immediate improvement in reliability and user experience.

Living in a typical west London long thin terraced house, the WiFi was great at one end of the house (where the router was of course) and non-existent at the other. The off the shelf boosters I tried only gave very patchy coverage. So I found WiFiworks and lo and behold, I have good WiFi coverage throughout the whole house. What I really liked about them was simple: they responded quickly, came when they said they would, did what they said they would and charged what they said they would. If only everybody one deals with were like that. I recommend them.

Having outgrown our existing premises at Leyton Studios, we needed to link our network to another building. WiFiworks came and installed a wireless link between the two sites, ran all new infrastruture with new WiFi access points which they can monitor remotely. Highly recommended
