The i.t manager at Wagstaff Interiors contacted us to sort out their wifi problems they were experiencing. After spending half a day conducting various analysis including a site survey, we found their existing access points were unreliable and kept dropping connectivity. The decision was made to upgrade the system to Ruckus R510 access points and a Zone Director 1200 controller. The system has been working perfectly and previous problems have been eliminated.
